Islam is a religion of all times and everywhere, and by following Islamic laws, Muslims all over the world not only gain romanticism, but also with the wealth of health and prosperity of all other Ajmatas. Science says that there are many health benefits for us in Islamic Teachings.

Do the wuzu

Washing all the Zahiri parts of the body (hands, feet, face, mouth, nose) etc. 5 times a day is a good procedure for good health.

                                                   5 times namaj

Offer regular five prayers at the time. The true intention of the namaz is to pray to Allah and to gain the health, but it also has physical benefits. People who offer namaz five times a day stay healthy because it causes mild tardiness and blood circulation continues, if all the namaz is performed with the law.

                                          Reading the Quran

Shifa spares the body, mind and heart of the Quranic ritual every day.
Allah (SWT) is Pak and likes Paki. He is clean and loves cleaning. In Islam, cleanliness is half of faith. Therefore, we should remain clean not only physically but also romantically.

Do not eat more or less food
Islam tells us to make moderate moves in our food, that is, neither too much nor too little. When it comes to our daily diet, it has been scientifically proven that overeating can be another problem related to weight gain, obesity and health. Likewise, eating very little does not give our body the kind of essential that a human being needs to live, which is why Islam emphasised moderation in eating.

                                                  Do not eat fast
Islamic teachings prevent their followers from eating and drinking food in a hurry and swallowing food. Muslims are slowly chewed and stirred to eat.
Mostly, our healthy body is a gift from Allah Ta'ala's life. We should not misuse it and to live life to the fullest, take care of our health, which is hidden in the training of Islam.

                                                          Use of kalonji
Islamic teachings emphasize that black seed (kalonji) should be a part of our daily diet. Black seeds (kalonji) can reduce obesity, help in digestion, treat many diseases related to digestion and reduce blood pressure. The oil of fennel has proved to be very effective in reducing joint pain and swelling.

                                                     Use of Honey
In the Quran Pak, Allah Ta'ala has made honey fit for humans. Honey provides incredible antiseptic, antioxidant and immune boosting properties for our body and health.
