Islamic Sunnatein


We have a lot of things associated with us like eating, drinking, sleeping, waking, etc. But we are doing all of them with impunity. If we love these things the Prophet To do according to the Sunnaten

and determine to attain the pleasure of Allah, not only will it benefit us in the world but In the end, we cannot glorify what will happen to it, but all we have to do is to know about those Sunnaten and follow the Sunnaten. Here some sunnaten which we can easily implement daily

1. Toilet Circles
2. Eating Circles
  3. Drinking Sunnaten
  4. sleeping Sunnaten

                                    Toilet Circle

·                                ·         Cover your head (Betul Khala) and go to the toilet.
·         Wear shoes or slippers (Betul Khala) to the toilet.
·         Read the Dua before entering (entering) the Betul Khala.
·         Put the left foot in first
·         Sit and urinate. Never stand and urinate.

·         No one should face or turn their back towards the Qibla(Kaaba).
·         Do not talk in the toilet.
·         Stay away from urine splatter. (In Hadith, the grave of the grave is avoided if there is no escape from the splatter of urine)
·         Once it is faded, clean yourself using water.
·        Take out right leg before toilet.

                     Eating Circle

·         Lay a cloth (dastarkhwaan) on the floor before eating.
·         Wash both hands till the wrist.
·         Remove your shoes before eating.
·         Eat on the floor
·         Read "Bismillahi Waala Barkatullah" aloud before eating.



·     While eating, sit on the ground with both knees or sit with either of them and lift both   knees.
·         Do not bend and eat.
·         Eat with right hand.
·         If possible, eat with three fingers.
·         Do not eat very hot food.
·         Do not blow on food.
·         Always eat in front of you, do not turn your fingers around here and there.
·         If any food-trick falls down, pick it up, clean it and eat it.
·         While eating, do not talk too much
·         Do not remove the AB from food.
·         Clean the plate and other utensils thoroughly after eating. By doing this, the vessel prays for Maghafirat.
·         After eating, lick fingers.
·         Read Dua after eating.
·         Remove food before getting up.
·         Wash both hands after eating.

·        

                   Drinking Sunnaten

·         Read "Bismillah" before drinking.
·         A Muslim should drink with the right hand. Because Shaitaan drinks with the left hand.
·         Drink while sitting.


·         Do not drink directly from the bottle. One should put the drink in a glass first and then drink it.
·         Drink in 3 breaths (sips), remove the vessel from the mouth after every sip.
·         After drinking, say "Alhamdulillah".

                           Sleeping sunnaten

·        Sleeping immediately after Isha Namaz.
·        Before going to sleep, talk to the family with your family (whether it is reading some Islamic books or narrating about the life of the prophet).
·        Bawauju (by doing wuzu) sleeping through.
·        Cleaning teeth from miswak.
·        Some other loose clothing (such as pajamas) should be changed before sleeping.

·        Antimony in both eyes.
·         Clean the bed three times before going to sleep.
·         ​​Sleep on the right-hand side.
·         Sleep with the right palm under the right cheek
·         Keep your knees slightly bent at bedtime.
·         Avoid sleeping on the stomach
·         Sleeping in bed or sleeping on the floor is both Sunnah.
·         Facing Qibla.
·         Read Surah  before bedtime.
·         Read the verse pedestal.
·         Read Surah Ikhlas (Kul Huwallahu Ahad), Surah Falak (Kul Auzu Birabbabil Falak) and Surah Nas (Kul Auju Birabbin Nas) 3 times before going to sleep and then blow hands on the entire body.
·         Read Tasbeeh e Fatima before bedtime ( Subhan Allah 33 times Alhamdulillah 33 times and Allahu Akbar 34 times).
·         Read the Dua before bedtime. Bless it

اَللّٰھُمَّ بِاسْمِکَ اَمُوْتُ وَاَحْیٰی
